Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility & Fees

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover inspection and processing. This fee is waived if the item is defective.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items where the safety seal has been compromised, unless the product is defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of a MonaVie error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
